Product Description of vacuum meat tumbler:

Vacuum Meat Tumbler is a commonly used equipment in meat processing technology for rolling and pickling meat. It is usually suitable for pickling meat such as pigs, cows, sheep, chicken, sausages, etc. They are constantly improving in technology, and the main material is made of SUS304 stainless steel according to user requirements. The two ends of the drum adopt a rotary sealing cap structure, which maximizes the rolling space inside the drum. Variable frequency speed regulation devices can be configured according to user needs.

Features of vacuum meat tumbler:

The vacuum meat tumbler can be divided into 100L, 200L, 300L, 500L, 600L, 800L, and 1000L according to the drum capacity. The specific models are customized according to the user's target production volume.

The machine adopts the principle of self extrusion of the inner guide plate of the cylinder for rolling and kneading. When the cylinder rotates, the meat pieces are squeezed inward according to the guide plate. The meat pieces, through self beating and mutual compression, turn the body's protein into water-soluble protein, which is easily absorbed by the human body. At the same time, it can make the additives (starch, etc.) dissolve with the body protein, achieving the goal of tender meat, good taste, and high yield of finished products.

The rotating and stopping operation of the rolling machine cylinder is automatically controlled by a time relay, and the forward and reverse times can be adjusted and set according to actual process needs.

The transmission part adopts a cycloidal needle reducer as the rotational power of the cylinder. The method is to use a cycloidal pin reducer to drive the main shaft of the cylinder through a chain, rotate and roll forward, and reverse the discharge.
